This year may have to be a virtual class, but it’s still happening!
The last few years may not have been what we had expected. Let’s value the lessons we can take from these past years as we look ahead to 2022.
This will be an interactive, reflective and relaxing class. No discussions on New Year's Resolutions. Instead, you will be challenged to stretch and step into one word for 2022. This word will symbolize a commitment to yourself, based on what you want moving forward. It will serve as your reminder and invitation to elevate and to create a year that is most meaningful for you.
Through open group discussion and a guided imagery meditation, you will choose a word, or more accurately, a word will choose you. This choice will naturally create a theme for the rest of your year.
In previous years, we’ve always painted our word in the class. This year, I’ll encourage you to do the same on your own.
My goal is to be back painting together in 2023!
