We'll work with the same concepts but it will be more introspective and more interactive.

And even more meaningful.


If you're ready to dive back into six weeks of a powerful group dynamic,

important self reflection, stronger relationships, and significant personal growth,

This series will be based on the 5 concepts from the original Powerful Women Series.  However, we will take these concepts deeper. 

The in-class experience will also be different.  You'll have time to do some self-reflection and journaling following longer meditations.  We will also utilize the break-out room feature in Zoom to work in pairs or small groups for short periods of time each week before coming back for the whole group discussions.
